[Bug]: Telegram notifications not working

Hello, just installed coolify and trying to set up telegram notifications

I add api key, chat id and then click "Send Test Notification", then got "Test notification sent." message. But there is no messages in Telegram. Looks like this notification is false positive

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open /notifications/telegram
2. Add bot key
3. Add chat id
4. Click "Send Test Notification"
