If your folder becomes too large, you can delete old files without harming the program. The program does not rely on these specific files to operate. Consider clearing this folder once every few months to save disk space.
If the software does not seem to capture your images, try these steps:
- Check if the program icon appears in your Taskbar tray near the clock. If you see it, the program is active.
- Restart the application by closing it and opening it again.
- Ensure your Windows clipboard history allows images to be stored.
- Check your antivirus software. Sometimes security programs block new applications. You can add an exception for Image-Paster in your antivirus settings.
If the program closes unexpectedly, check for updates on the website. Developers often release small updates to fix rare errors or improve compatibility with new Windows versions.
Data security remains a priority. Image-Paster captures only the images you copy to your clipboard during your active session. It does not look at your text, your passwords, or your personal files.
